Project: ”Youth Development through Recreational Activities”

Summary of project:

The project aimed to increase the number of participants  in recreational activities and raising awareness to educate young people through non-formal education.

The project is implemented by 01 June and ended on 15 July 2011, this project has  develop aktivities  such as: Sport, 1 Running marathon, football tournament, a volleyball game and activity in the mountains of the Rugova.

This project developed some recreational activities where young people have acquired new knowledge and simultaneously entertain, the realization of this project is noted that young people are very interested to sports activities

Total Beneficiars were 146 young people aged 14-18 years old, of which 68 young people were from rural areas, 106 adolescents were male while 40 were females. 

I Activity: it was oganised Voleybool game with young girls from Klina, age of partecipants was 14-16 years old.
    
II Acitivity: we organised a futboll tournament with young people, partecipated young pople from 14-18 years old from diffrnet Vilages of Klina Municipality and also one day we organised tournament for children age 9-11 years old.
    
III Activity: we organised Runing Marthon for young people, number of partecipants was 20 young people of Klina.
IV Activity: this activity was organised with support of” ERA” group from Peja which they have experince on guiding Youth Groups in Rugova Mountain, so we organised 32 young people to visit "ERA Group" which for years dealing with Environmental Education and then we visited Waterfalles  in Rugova Mountains which is constructed by youth groups and worked pedestrian, the event aimed to raise awareness for environmental protection and natural phenomen, then the group had time to make  recreational games To the  Red stone after that also we visted (walked 1.45 min) to the Natural lake  in Kuqishtë, to this lake has become a reflectiontime where young people had the opportunity to express the opinion of their environment and nature beauties.
